Makes about 100 g.
- 50 g ground coriander
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ice cube
ONE: Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
